It is not a companion service, nor should it be relied upon to provide health (including mental health), relationship, financial, business or other advice of any kind. GrowBot™ is not intended, nor is it suitable, for use by minors. Use by persons under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in the user’s jurisdiction) is strictly prohibited.

Data. To improve GrowBot, we keep a de-identified diary of your creature: notes about its moods, movements and decisions, and hashed representations of spoken words. We never store images, audio recordings, or the words themselves. This de-identified data may be used for research, to train and improve GrowBot, and may be included in published research datasets. You can erase every cloud copy of your creature's data at any time using the delete button in the app, which also stops new notes from being kept. Purchases are handled separately by our store and payment providers under their own terms.

Other than the limited right to enjoy in connection with this beta trial, all rights, title and interest in and to GrowBot™ are expressly reserved. We may terminate your limited license at any time, for any reason or for no reason.
